in your azure third eye
accented
in your Hushabye sighs

I etched with all the beauty and grace
of a woman’s face

refracted
in your work and play
resounded
in your hopes and pain

I created with all the passion and heat
of a lover’s greed
in your steamy dream time
remembered
in your mind’s eye
rebounded
in your thoughts and mine

I gifted with all the caring and hurt
of a complete work
in your vision of future
created
in your heart the cure
reverbed
in our strength we endure
